Our school has, at this time, partnered with 360training to provide online continuing education classes.  There are a variety of classes available.  Choose the topics that will be most valuable to you in the type of real estate you practice.

Make sure that you choose to take 2 hours of Legal Update classes with your 6 hour series.  If you are taking less than 6 hours, understand that:

a)  Two hours of legal update are required by Michigan license law in each of the three license years.

b)  A total of 18 hours must be taken over the 3 year period.  If you need to verify what you have taken, go to the tab, “Determine Your Needs,” and the page will explain how to access the DLEG Website and to Check Continuing Education Classes.
