LEGAL UPDATE CLASSES We have a variety of 2-hour classes for legal update. All of our 6 hour programs include at least 2 hours of legal update. Any individual topic can be taken individually for partial hours of credit. If you are taking a class for partial credit, please notify us when you register.

showing a foreclosed property, a licensee must prepare the buyer for
the Bank Addendum that will become part of the buyer's purchase
agreement. The bank's addendum will supersede any clause in the buyer's
offer that will in some way harm the bank. What will it say, for
example about the deed to be provided by the bank at closing. What will
it say about a buyer having inspections? What happens if a buyer
returns to the property to do work or move in prior to closing? These
